“Your team that was sent out to do the irrigations system did a great job & not only were they courteous, but cleaned up the yard to the point you wouldn’t know they dug the ditches while laying the piping. The second project, which was laying out the pavers per Mike Larchick’s drawings that was submitted to us, was done on a timely schedule & were exactly as was proposed. Unfortunately, there was one area that was not as perfectly flat as the rest of the area & it accumulated some water too close to the house. After completion of both projects I called Mike & discussed my concerns with the one low area. Without hesitation, Mike met me at the house to see the concerned area & immediately made arrangements to have someone come out to inspect this area. After your inspection, your CYC TEAM came out & rectified the problem by reinstalling the pavers in the concerned area. We were so impressed with the added service & at no time did anyone complain to us. A true service company stands by their work regardless & CYC did just that. I would not hesitate to use CYC services again & I will recommend them to my friends. During his quoting process, Mike Larchick explained the CYC service. The service we received by your personnel in the office & the personnel doing the actual work far exceeded our expectations. We really appreciate the work you did at our home. Thank you”
